Privacy policy
This policy explains what Avira Fashions collects when you use this shop, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect the least we can get away with, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you place an order or send an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number and delivery address you give us, along with what you ordered. We need all four to pack the parcel, ship it, and talk to you about it. When you browse the shop, our systems record ordinary technical information — the pages you opened, roughly when, and the type of device you used. This is aggregate traffic data. It tells us which products people look at; it does not identify you. If you pay online, your card or UPI details go straight to our payment provider. They never reach us and we never store them.
What we use it for
We use your details to confirm your order, arrange delivery, answer your questions, and process a refund if one is due. We may message you on WhatsApp about an order you placed. We use traffic data to understand which products and pages work, so we stock better and fix what's broken. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: Delivery partners get your name, address and phone number, because that is what a courier needs to deliver a parcel. Payment providers get whatever they need to take the payment and to refund it later. A lawful authority gets what the law obliges us to hand over, and nothing more. Everyone in that list is bound to use your details for that purpose only.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts, tax and any warranty or return claim. Enquiries that never became orders are cleared out once they are plainly stale. We protect what we hold with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system online is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we do not keep what we don't need, which is the best protection there is.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we'll do it, unless the law requires us to keep a record (an invoice, for example). You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time. Order-related messages are the exception — if you have an order with us, we will still tell you where it is. This shop is not intended for children under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
